Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. During this practice the consciousness is functioning at a deeper level of awareness, it becomes very powerful and can be apply in many ways: to develop the memory, increase knowledge and creativity, or transform one’s nature.

About the Teacher

Stefania grew up in a beautiful Italian village in the Alps. She achieved a university degree in educational sciences and a master degree in clinic pedagogy. She worked as a freelance in various educational institutions in her country (hospitals, schools and informal education centers), offering counseling, workshop and trainings. As a private therapist, she worked with children with developmental delays and behavioral and psychological difficulties.
Her search for spiritual growth brought her to travel in South America, to experience an intentional community in Scotland for almost a year and to deepen her knowledge for philosophy, psychology and techniques for spiritual growth (Psychosyntesis, Indian psychology, Awareness Through the Body, Bach flowers remedy, life coaching, etc).
The path of Integral yoga brought her to finally move to Auroville in 2007 where she mainly worked as Awareness Through the Body practitioner and as counselor and therapist in different Auroville schools.
At present Stefania is working as a part of Joy Community team.
